Our Commitment to You
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We take pride in every service we provide, and we want you to leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your results, we are here to make it right.
Service Corrections
If you are unhappy with your service or feel that a correction is needed, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will schedule a complimentary correction appointment to adjust your hair until you are satisfied.
- Corrections include color adjustments, toning, blending, trimming, and restyling
- You must contact us within 7 days of the original service date
- Correction appointments are provided at no additional charge
- Please bring reference photos if applicable so we can better understand your desired result
Refunds
Because we always offer a complimentary service correction first, refunds are reserved for rare circumstances where the issue cannot be resolved through a color or hair correction.
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- A correction appointment must be attempted or discussed before a refund will be considered
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original service
- Documentation or photos may be requested to evaluate the concern
